Well-Executed Simplicity

In a sea of florals, Fair Isles and ethnic patterns, it’s nice to see some well-executed simplicity every now and then. And wool cableknit caps in black and red can’t really get much simpler. As oppose to all your other wild and questionable sartorial maneuvers, they work with everything from a suit to a fucking cape. And, let's be real for a second, they are 100% more functional than that erupting volcano of a pocket square you got going on there.

Dave, are you trolling every post with the world “simplicity” in the HED?

  • Dave

No. Not at all Lawrences. I don’t troll. I only respond to stuff that catches my eye as somewhat interesting or silly. You decide which one this is and why it appears on an otherwise well-curated blog. There is nothing and I mean NOTHiNG special about these hats. I also commented on the dumpy Dunderton sweaters the other day. Many better more well-fitting examples at theC

I mean, would you prefer that I say ” wow these are dope? I mean everything ain’t dope. In fact, my man here just wrote an article on how maybe we should be a little more critical. In fact, you’ll never hear me say. ” That’s dope”.

I was simply joking that you were commenting on the two posts with “simplicity” in the HED. Free free to speak your mind on whatever, dude.
