Try To Be Cool For A Single Minute Of Your Life

I don't know how the process of retroing works over at Nike, but it seems to to be going pretty well and occasionally brings interesting designs out of the woodwork. One of the latest efforts is this revived edition of the Nike Zoom Talaria, a shoe originally released in 1997. Now, I don't consider myself a sneakerhead, or a sneaker connoisseur by any stretch of the imagination, but these are definitely shoes your dad bought on a whim when he was at the mall on a random Sunday and wandered into Foot Locker back when malls still existed. Then, he wore them until the soles fell off and got ridiculous holes in them from mowing the lawn every weekend morning as dads tend to do. I mean, that's really just how those guys function, you know? They get a pair of sneakers and wear them until they can no longer be considered sneakers. Like, they just bond with Dad Footâ„¢ and become a physical part of their bodies. But these are pretty cool for 2014 too and you don't have to get a paternity test to prove that you're a father of someone. Old school looking sneakers are a dope look these days and usually cheap. Even if this makes you a trend hopper, you might as well try to be cool for a single minute of your life.
