Market Week Recap: Han Kjobenhavn Fall/Winter 2014

Capsule is a sprawling, diverse and exciting event for any number of reasons, but sometimes a brand is just so dope that it actually can make a person completely forget about everything else there. This season that brand was Han Kjobenhavn, whose mix of minimal styling with technical fabrics and innovative silhouettes distinguished them as hands down best in show. They've been on our radar for a minute now (we included them as evidence in our case for why Scandinavia is the best #menswear region in the world right now), but their Bauhaus-inspired F/W 14 collection is their best yet. It's a bomber jacket fan's wet dream, from versions in mesh to rigid polyester to featherweight models that will be perfect layering options come next fall. Then there's the neoprene sweatpants (scuba pants?), black wool coats with mesh yokes and a collarless wool long coat with giant front patch pockets, so, yeah, WOW. Check out some our favorite pieces from the collection above and try not to Kjobenhavn all of over your computer screen.
